LAWYER'S LOSES IT'S CASE

RSC Mens's Hockey Section silenced KL BAR with a convincing 4-1 win yesterday in the Annual RSC-KL Bar games at the RSC Kiara grounds. RSC paraded a strong lineup with experienced players such as M.A. Sambu, Datuk Poon Fook Loke, I. Vickneswaran, Terence Rajasingham plus a handful other ex-state players. Former World Cupper Colin Sta Maria did not play due to a niggling thigh injury and called the shots from the sidelines.
A confident display saw RSC take a 3-0 lead within the first 20 minutes and that was enough to turn the lights out on KL Bar. In the second half, KL Bar produced a more spirited display but stout defending by the RSC defence kept the scoreline intact. Then, off a counter attack RSC scored it's 4th goal to kill off the match. There were some consolation for KL Bar though as they finally managed to get on the scoresheet with the last hit of the game via a penalty corner.
Final score : RSC 4 - KL Bar 1.
