12th RSC Hockey 9s tournament (5-6 Oct 2013)

This year our 12th RSC Hockey 9s tournament is scheduled for 5-6 October on the traditional grass pitch at RSC Kiara Sports Annexe, with the junior tournament on 4 October (Friday afternoon) at the same venue.

With the usual balance of good fun and hockey, the tournament has always been one of the highlights in the hockey calendar with our friends throughout the country and affiliate clubs.

We hope to see participation from clubs, both local and overseas, and to enjoy our hospitality while indulging in some great hockey action.  

1. Volunteers

a) Junior Tournament (4 Oct 2013, Friday)

We need at least 8 volunteers for the junior tournament that will be held on the Friday, 4 Oct 1pm onwards till evening, to manage the 4 fields.

 

b) RSC 9s (5-6 Oct 2013, Sat~ Sun)

Volunteers also required to support the administration during the tournament e.g. runners, scorers, general admin etc. and must be available for the full days, to ensure smooth running of the tournament.

 

 

2. Players

All players interested to play in our RSC 9s are to contact Colin Sta Maria via email at colin.stamaria@cimb.com by this week, so that we may organise the teams accordingly.
